Unlink Facebook and keep your Passport

1. Sign in at my.ego.ist.
2. On your Passport home, find Add a sign-in method.
3. Select Unlink next to Facebook. If Facebook is your only sign-in method, add another sign-in method first.

Unlinking removes the Facebook identity from your AI Passport account and stops Facebook from being used to sign in. It does not delete your memories, public page, or other Passport data.

Request full deletion

Email us from the address associated with your AI Passport account and say that you want us to delete your AI Passport account and data. We may ask you to complete the normal sign-in flow so we can verify that the request is yours.

We acknowledge requests as soon as practical and aim to complete straightforward deletion requests within 30 calendar days. We will email you when the request is complete or if we need more information.

What full deletion covers

A verified full-account deletion request covers data associated with your account, including:

• your Passport account, profile, linked sign-in identities, and active sessions;
• your reservation, card design, public page, contributions, and uploaded assets;
• pending proposals, approved and protected memories, passes, and activity records;
• connected-service credentials and grants; and
• encrypted memory archives and their manifests.

We may keep only limited records when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, protect security, prevent fraud, or remember an opt-out. We do not keep those limited records for ordinary product use.

You can also remove AI Passport in Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Find AI Passport and choose Remove.

Removing the app in Facebook stops future Facebook sign-in access. It does not, by itself, delete the data already held in your AI Passport account. Use the full deletion request above if you want that data deleted too.
