"DESIGNING HORIZONS"

Founded in 2025, by Jowin Foo, and working between London and Kuala Lumpur. F-OR is a foresight and strategic design advisory working at the intersection of place, people and technology. We read futures as environments rather than a single, linear events: the places, people, cultures and myths in which change actually takes hold. Grounded in research, F-OR treats history as an old map and foresight as a compass, drawing the contours of possible futures rather than forecasting them. F-OR find indications, not predictions. We work through scenario design, prototypes and experience strategy, turning early signals into directions, and direction into things people can see, test and believe in.
