Common questions
How do I sign in on the app
Use the same passkey or email you use on ego.ist. The iPhone app and the web dashboard share one account.
How do I export my memories
Open the web dashboard, go to Settings, and choose Export your Passport under Your data. You get a copy of everything you have saved.
How do I delete my account
You can delete your account from Settings, in the app or on the web. Every connected app loses access immediately, and after 14 days your memories are permanently deleted. Sign back in before then if you change your mind.
Who can see my memories
Only you, plus the assistants you explicitly grant a pass. Our trust page explains exactly what we can and cannot see.
How much does it cost
AI Passport is free, including AI answers in the app.
